We keep our traveller profile information in a Statesman database. webman is our on-line profile synchronisation tool that allows clients to create and then maintain their information electronically without the need for form filling or the worry of when updates are required (we automatically send e-mail requests for updates or notifications when an expiry is due).

Once updated, webman automatically synchronises with Galileo so that our staff can always access the latest updates in traveller information for the reservations process.
