resman is based upon the highly regarded self-booking tool developed by KDS and allows our clients to make reservations on-line or search out schedules and availability for air, hotel, rail and car rental. We maintain our traveller profiles in a Statesman database so that individual preferences and company policies are always followed when resman is used.

Any booking made in resman gets automatically transferred to our reservation system so that our staff can oversee ticketing as well help with changes or amendments. A self-booking tool can be of great benefit as long as it is used in the right context. For that reason we do not recommend that clients make complex multi sector reservations on the system as this can often lead to errors if the user is not experienced in booking travel.
