Competition terms and conditions - September 2010.

  1. By entering the prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  2. The Promotion is open to clients of Statesman Travel and their employees who are UK residents, aged 18 (eighteen) or over. Statesman Travel employees and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. Employees of clients should ensure that they have their employers' permission to participate.
  3. No purchase is necessary for entry to the draw.
  4. Statesman Travel reserves the right to introduce and permit alternative means of entry before the closing date.
  5. Statesman Travel has the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
  6. Proof of sending an entry via email or any other permitted means of entry is not proof of receipt.
  7. Only one entry is permitted per person.
  8. Third party or bulk entries will be excluded from the draw.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or not received by Statesman Travel.
  10. Closing date for the promotion is Friday 24 September 2010 and entries must be received by 23.59 hrs on this date.
  11. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random within 7 (seven) days after the closing date.
  12. The winner will be notified in writing by Statesman Travel within 14 (fourteen) days of the closing date.
  13. The prize is 2 (two) nights accommodation at the Hospes Palau de la Mar, Valencia, for 2 (two) people in a double room, including breakfast. Voucher valid until 31 March 2011. Subject to availability. Terms and conditions apply.
  14. Any liability for tax arising from receipt of this prize is the responsibility of the prize winner.
  15. There is no prize or cash alternative.
  16. The Promoters' decision is final.
  17. The Promoter is Statesman Travel.
  18. Statesman Travel is the trade name of Statesman Travel Limited.
