New Long Haul Service Between London and Moscow Domodedovo from 25 March 2012

You will soon be able to enjoy the additional choice and comfort of British Airways award-winning long haul cabins when you fly between London Heathrow and Moscow Domodedovo.

British Airways - MoscowTheir three daily flights will change from a 2-cabin short haul service, to a 4-cabin long haul operation. There will be one Boeing 747 a day offering First, Club World, World Traveller Plus or World Traveller and two Boeing 767s each day offering Club World, World Traveller Plus or World Traveller services.

The flight numbers and schedule times will change for all flights between London Heathrow and Moscow Domodedovo from 25 March 2012. Customers with a forward booking beyond 25 March ‘12 will automatically be moved to the relevant cabin: Euro Traveller to World Traveller and Club Europe to Club World (all fare classes).

Executive Club Members booking the new service could earn a greater number of BA Miles and Tier points for each sector flown.


Changes to the British Airways Executive Club

British Airways Executive ClubAvios is the new name for the currency of the British Airways Executive Club and Iberia Plus programmes. It is also the new name for the brand formerly known as Airmiles.

The name Avios reflects the valuable and distinctive global offering that this programme and currency will offer Members as part of a more integrated and rewarding future.

As well as flights, Avios can be collected on hotel stays, holidays and car rental, and through deals with a wide range of partners. They can then be spent on reward flights, upgrades, holidays and car rental depending on location.


Upgrading World Traveller Plus Food Service

When you next fly in World Traveller Plus with British Airways you will be able to enjoy a range of British Airways World Traveller Plus Food Serviceenhancements to your onboard meal experience.

Since October 2011, British Airways have been making a number of improvements, including:

> A choice of two options from the Club World menu.
> A personalised service, with menus handed to customers prior to take-off.
> Orders will then be taken before the onboard bar service commences.
> The main hot entrée will be served in white china crockery along with metal cutlery and linen napkins.
