Quality Policy
Statesman Travel is an ISO9001:2008 quality certified company and has established a quality policy statement appropriate to the needs of the organisation and its clients, which includes its commitment to continual improvement. The statement is reviewed for continuing suitability and is communicated, understood and implemented throughout the organisation.

It is the policy of Statesman Travel to provide the highest possible quality of services to all our clients. The achievement of high quality and consistency calls for a systematic and disciplined approach by all staff in all activities associated with the delivery of the client's specific requirements.
In order that the requirements of this policy are met, the company operates a quality assurance system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008
The company is committed to the ongoing improvement of the quality management system through the establishment and ongoing review of specific measurable quality objectives and the involvement of staff in meeting these objectives.
Our manual defines the management organisation responsible for quality. The Joint Managing Director has ultimate authority and responsibility for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and the Quality and Environmental Representative is responsible for implementing and maintaining the systems described in the manual and in the associated procedures.
It is part of the company’s training programme that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation. This policy is reviewed on a regular basis to confirm its continuing suitability in assisting with the achievement of the company’s objectives.
